L’Égouttoir

Life at L’Égouttoir revolves around its annual anthology Gorgonzola. It mixes international contemporary comics with scholarly and artistic pieces about alternative comics from the 1970 onwards: from Vaughn Bodé to Croatian comics via Viper and Nicolas Mahler.

L’Égouttoir also publishes a couple of books every year to extend projects born in or around its zine. Printed or photocopied, those books aim to link the present and the past while exposing unexplored editorial areas.
